WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO REACH SOMEONE AFTER BUSINESS HOURS?

We provide an on-call technician 24 hours a day 7 days a week for emergency situations for our current customers. If you are a current customer and have an emergency after business hours and need to speak to someone immediately please WhatsApp to 017-5006275 to reach us.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

Delivery are NOT AVAILABLE for now. Customer need to self-collect their reserved item at our warehouse.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If the order is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the delivery date of your order, your deposit is non-refundable.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Instant transfer of 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance of the order is due seven (7) business days prior to delivery. Customers who are picking up their items from our warehouse location can pay the final balance upon pick-up and they must present a drivers license or identification card for contract signing purpose.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You will be responsible for the item as soon as it leave our warehouse. You need to return our item in the same condition as when you take it. You will be charged accordingly to any damage or loss of the item.
